Questions: 7

Overview

This free combined Aon practice test includes short samples from six common Aon assessments. Each section is timed separately, and questions will appear in a random order every time you take the test. Your goal is to answer as many questions correctly as possible within the time limit for each section.

Sections & Timing

  1. Logical Reasoning – SwitchChallenge
Apply rule-based “switch” operators to transform a sequence into the target arrangement.
  2. Memory & Concentration – GridChallenge
Memorize highlighted squares, ignore distractions, and recall the original pattern.
  3. Numerical Reasoning – Scales EQL
Solve quick numerical comparisons and basic quantitative reasoning tasks.
  4. Verbal Reasoning – Scales Verbal
Decide if statements are True, False, or Cannot Say based on given text.
  5. Accuracy – Scales CLS (Checking)
Identify the single pattern that matches the color-and-position rule exactly.
  6. Inductive Reasoning – Scales LST
Identify the next element in a sequence based on shape, position, and transformation patterns.

Important Test Rules

  • No negative marking – wrong answers do not reduce your score.
  • Questions are randomized each time for a unique experience.
  • You cannot go back to previous sections once time runs out.
  • Read each question carefully and answer promptly – speed and accuracy both matter.

Tips for Success

  • SwitchChallenge: Track each operator step-by-step to avoid errors.
  • GridChallenge: Use grouping or visual patterns to memorize positions quickly.
  • Scales EQL: Focus on quick comparisons and simple calculations under time pressure.
  • Scales Verbal: Base answers only on the provided text – ignore outside knowledge.
  • Scales CLS: Scan for subtle mismatches in both color and position.
  • Scales LST: Identify the transformation rule first, then apply it to find the next item.
